Flat Beans Fry


Beans-1/2 lb (washed and cut into pieces)
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Zeera- 1/2 tbsp
Urad dal- 1tbsp
Dry red chilli- 4 -5 pieces
Curry leaves- 4- 5 count
Salt required


Take apan add oil heat it then add mustard seeds, zeera, dry red chillis, urad dal, curry leaves and fry them properly until the mustard seeds crackles. Then add the beans and salt required  close the lid and lower the flame after 7- 8 min the beans cook well and ready to eat with hot rice.......
