Fish Curry

Ingredients:-

Fish-1 (Any kind)
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Green chillis- 2
Cashew- hand full (Kaju)
Dry red chillis- 2
Onion-1 large chopped
Small onion -1 for paste
Dhaniya powder-1 tbsp
Zeera powder-1 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/4 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped
Oil required
Salt to taste
Water-2 cups


Procedure:-


1-First clean and cut the fish.
2-Now take a width pan add little oil and fry the fish by adding little salt and turmeric . keep aside.
3-Then take the blender or mixie and make a fine paste by adding cashew and red chillis and keep aside.
4-Now again take the blender and make a fine paste of coriander and green chillis.
5-Now fry the small onions pieces in pan and grind.
6-Take a pan add little oil and fry all these pastes one after one add ginger garlic paste also.
7-Then add the masala's dhaniya powder,chilli powder, salt, zeera powder and turmeric.And mix it well.The masala's sticks to the pan so be carefull keep on mixing  and frying it until the oil comes out.
8-Then add 2 cups water mix well and then add  fried fish and mix carefully without breaking the fish.
9-Boil it for 5 min so the masala goes into the fish.
10-Gravy  depends on how u eat.
11-Garnish with coriander.


NOTE:-
1-If u fry the fish in oil then it will not break easily.
2-We also made the paste separately because if we mix all of them at a time it changes it flavour. And also fried them separately because of taste only. So fry them separetly.
