Chicken Manchuria

The chicken manchuria is akind of starter before your lunch or dinner. It also tastes good with the combination of any kind of soups. This tastes really great.........


Ingredients:-

For Marination:-

Chicken- 1 lb (boneless and cut into small pieces)
chilli powder-1 /4 tbsp
salt to taste
soya sauce-2 tbsp
chilli sauce-1 1/2 tbsp
tomato sauce-11/2 tbsp
corn flour-1/2 cup
all purpose flour-1/2 cup (maida)
ginger agrlic paste-1 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
zeera powder-1 tbsp
chicken masala-1 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tbsp

Ingredients For sauce:- 

onion- 1 (cut into cube shape)
capsicum-1/2 (cut into cube shape)
green chillis-3 (cut into slices)
curry leaves-5 count
ginger-1 inch pieces (chopped finely)
garlic-3 to 4 cloves (chopped finely)
soya sauce-4 tbsp
chilli sauce-2 tbsp
tomato sauce-2 tbsp
corn flour-1 tbsp

Procedure:-

1-Take a large bowl add chicken and all the ingredients above for marination.
2-Marinate it for 10-15 min.
3.Take a width pan spread little oil on the pan and fry the marinated chicken on it. Add oil if necessary.
4.Now lets prepare the sauce.In the same pan fry the ginger garlic pieces, curry leaves ,green chiilis and saute them until the ginger garlic cooks.
5-Now add the onions and capsicum and fry until the onion turns transperent. Sprinkle little salt .
6-Then add the 1 tbsp of corn flour in water and mix it and keep aside.  
7-Now add the chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and the mived corn flour in water and mix properly then add the fried chicken to it and mix well.
8-Taste it once wheather every thing is ok or not.
9-At last garnish with coriander it really tastes good.
