Chicken Fry


Chicken - l lb
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Onions-1 finely chopped
chicken marination process
Chilli sauce-1 tbsp
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
Tomato sauce-1 tbsp
China salt-a pinch
Curd-1 cup
Green chilli paste-2 tbsp
Zeera powder-1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder-1 tbsp
Chicken masala- 1tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped finely
Oil required
Salt to taste
Kasturi methi- 2 tbsp (dry)
Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp


1-Take  a bowl  add all the ingredients above accept onions and marinate it for an hour. Its better to store in refridgerator by closing the lid.
2-Now take alarge pan add oil and fry the onions and 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste until they turn brown.Now add the marinated chicken and close the lid by decresing the flame.
3-Let it boil until the chicken cooks.The gravy forms when the chicken  starts cooking.
4-Let it cook until the water disappears.Remove the lid when the chicken is cooked so the rest water will evaporates soon.
5-At last garnish with coriander.

This chicken roast does not take lot of time and it is also not a difficult one.U can easily make it.
Serve this with rice or chapathi also.If u r not intrested to eat dry u can leave it gravy.
