Cabbage Pakoda


Cabbage thinly shredded - 1 cup
Onion thinly sliced - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Besan - 1/2 cup or as needed
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
Vomu/carom seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Oil for deep fry


1-Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl and mix it properly like a bajji batter and deep fry like pakoda until golden brown or until crispy.
