Egg - 2 beaten
Carrot - 1/4 cup chopped
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Chicken/vegetable stock - 2 cups
Corn starch - 3 tbsp (add water to it and mix it n keep aside)
Salt to taste
Pepper -1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Olive oil/ vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
1-First take the wok add oil once the oil heated up add the veggies and fry for a min or so then add the stock and salt n pepper and let it boil then add the beaten up egg n simultaneously keep on stirring while adding or else it will not combined properly in soup n stay as big chunks.
2-Now add the corn starch mixture and mix finally add the soya sauce n vinegar.
serve it as a healthy snack or starter....
