Papdi Chat


For Dough:-

Maida/All purpose flour - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup or needed
Baking soda - 1/4 tbsp
Oil for deep fry

For Toppings:-

Potato - 1 large(boiled and peeled n cut into cubes)
Mint chutney
Sweet tamarind chutney
Curd/Yogurt thick beaten
Cilantro chopped


1-In a bowl add flour ,soda and salt and mix then with the help of water mix slowly and make a smooth dough. And leave it for few minutes aside. Then make equal size big bolls for rolling.
2-Then roll them with a rolling pin into a large sheet and with the help of small round cap cut them into desired circle shape to make bite size papdis. After rolling just make holes on each papdi before frying.
3-And now heat the oil on the same time and fry them in oil until golden brown.
4-Now place these papadi's in a plate and place the cut potato pieces on each of the papdi and then swet n mint chutney then curd and then sev and finally cilantro and lemon.

And serve them as a snack easy n yummy.
