Chicken- 1 lb
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Tomato- 1 medium chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Korma curry powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp or to taste
Chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
1- First take a wok add oil heat it n add onion fry until light brown . Add salt to speed up the process. Then add ginger garlic paste fry . Then add tomatoes n the masala , salt n chili powder fry until the oil separates.
2- Now add chicken and mix. Close the lid n let it cook for 10 min. Now add little water
As needed n cook for few more minutes.
3- Now garnish with chopped coriander n serve with rice, rotis or naan
For a difference this is a the base curry u can modify them into three more types like h can even make fry, or add some coconut milk or cream to enrich the curry
If u make fry remove the lid n let the water disappear n then add green chili slices n coriander chopped n green onion slices n serve.
