Fish Manchuria

Fish is one of my favourite sea food. I used crucian fish in this recipe for manchuria u can use any kind of fish u like and I brought this from H-mart (korean store). There we get all kinds of fresh fish . There is a lot of difference between frozen and fresh. The fresh fish gives u  tender and also tastes good. Any type of fish tastes good when u eat fresh. Mostly avoid frozen food or any non-veg item they spoils your tummy and can also cause health problems. If u need any  fish names in telugu then check out my label translated from english. This fish manchuria is a kind of starter before lunch or dinner.
