Rice flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour / maida - 1/4 cup
Wheat flour- 1/2 cup
Sooji - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 big chopped finely
Salt to taste
Green chili - 3
Cumin seeds - 11/2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch piece
1-First make masala by adding all the ingredients and make a paste by adding little water.
2-Take a bowl and add all the flours and salt and the grinded masala and add water and mix well.
3-The batter should be little thin.
4-Now take a dosa pan heat it spread oil and chopped onions and spread the dosa batter and fry until crispier and serve hot with chutney.
