Ingredients:-
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Warm oil - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar - A pinch
Black zeera optional
Water - 1/4 cup
Oil for deep fry
Procedure:-
1-First add all the ingredients in a large bowl accept water and mix well until the oil is mixed well in the flour.
2-Then add the water little by little and mix the dough not so hard or so soft it should be in medium hard.
3-Now keep it aside for an hour. Then roll them into a sheet and cut them as shown in the below pic
For daimond shape
4-Then deep fry them and store them in ziploc bags or air tight box for long stay.
