Vegetable Spring roll

Vegetable egg rolls


Spring roll sheets- 7
Cabbage- 1/4 finely chopped
Carrot- 1 chopped lenght wise
Soya sauce- 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp
Bean sprouts- 1 cup
Green peas- 1 cup
Corn flour- 2 tbsp
Water-1 tbsp
Capsicum- 1/2 chopped
Salt required
Chilli powder- 1/4 tbsp
Pepper- 1/2 tbsp
Chicken masala- 1/2 tbsp
Oil for deep fry


1-First clean all the vegetables  and cut them.
2-Then take a pan add oil heat it and then add all the cut vegetables and add salt,pepper, chilli sauce, chat masala, chicken masala and tomato sauce  mix well and close the lid and cook them in simmer.
3-Now add little water and cook well. Take a bowl add corn flour and water and mix weel this is used to stick the roll sheets.

4-Now take the roll sheets place them in this way  and add curry at the center

5-Now fold the edge and rotate thightly  then fold the sides by applying the corn paste and fold them

 6-Now prepare the rest in the same process. With in that heat the oil for deep fry and fry all of them at a time.

7-Now deep fry all of the rolls until golden brown and serve hot with ketchup or chilli sauce.
These spring can also be made with any non veg item. Simple you have to do is cook the non veg item anything u like by adding salt and pepper in water and add them in this process while we cook vegetables. It also tastes good when u eat them like starters or also serve as a snack item. I brought this wraps from american store . You can bring them from wallmart also. They are easy  also to prepare.
