|Mush room fry|
This snack item is very easy and tastes well. I used king oyster mush room in this recipe. When u r tierd and feeling hungry u can make this snack item or when your husband comes to home by feeling tierd and hungry serve this. This recipe gives u a kind of juicy which tastes good. I brought this mushrtoom from h-mart(korean store) if u dont get this then use any organic mushroom or what ever u have.
King oyster mush room- 1 pack
Egg- 2 (fully beaten)
Chilli powder- 1/4 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour- 2 tbsp
1-First clean the mushroom and cut them in any shape of u r convinience.
2-Take a bowl beat the eggs and add salt, pepper, chilli powder and corn flour and beat it properly with egg beater , spoon or fork.
3-Now take a pan spread oil and on the stove heat it then dip each piece of mushroom in the egg mixture and place them on the pan and fry until they turn into golden colour.
4-Now take a plate and place the tissues and then place the fried mushrooms . so they soaks the excess oil. Now serve them with ketchup.
