Pepper Chicken


Chicken-1 lb
Pepper-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder- 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric-1 /2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 5 count
Garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
Pudina- 1/2 cup
Onions- 1 finely chopped
Lemon-2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped


1-First marinate chicken  by adding pepper, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and  ginger garlic paste.
2-Now take a pan add oil then saute the  onions then add garlic paste and fry properly.
3-Then add the curry leaves and pudina and saute well.
4-Now add the marinated chicken into the pan and mix properly and close the lid. Let  it cook in simmer.
5-If necessary add little water in chicken. After 7 to 8 min the chicken will cook then off the stove and add lemon and coriander leaves.serve hot with rice.
