Palak Chicken


Chicken pieces-1/2  lb with bone (or)  boneless
Palak paste-1 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Green chillis-3 sliced
Garam masala-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Onion-1 small sliced
Lemon-2 tbsp
Dhaniya powder-1 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing
Oil required


1-First clean and cut the chicken in required size.
2-Marinate the chicken in a bowl by adding salt 1/2 tbsp, turmeric powder and lemon.Mix them and keep it aside for 15 min.
3-Now take a tawa add tbsp of oil and fry onions and ginger garlic paste until it turns into golden colour. Now add chilli powder, turmeric, dhaniya powder,green chillis, palak paste ,and also marinated chicken and mix properly.
4-Then add salt accordingly , little water and  close the lid .
5-Let it cook until the chicken boils ompletely.
6-Finally garnish with coriander leaves.ready to serve.
