Kabuli Chana Masala

Ingredients:-

Chana-1 1/2 cup (soaked and boiled)
Onion -1 chopped finely
Tomato-1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Chana masala-1 tbsp
Zeera powder- 1tbsp
Curry leaves- 4-5 count
Chilli powder- 1/2  tbsp
Chat masala-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric-1/4 tbsp
Water
Cariander leaves chopped
Salt to taste


Procedure:-

1-Soak the chana for 6-7 hours then boil them in a pressure cooker for  4 to 5 vessels.
2-Take a pan add oil heat it then add green chillis, curry leaves, onions and fry them. Then add the ginger garlic paste and fry until golden brown.
3-Now add tomato and fry until they cook. Then add all the masalas salt, chilli powder, chana masala,  chilli powder, dhaniya powder, zeera powder , chans masala and turmeric.
4-Fry all of them by adding little water.So the masala does not burn.
5-Now add the boiled chana and cook it for 6 min by closing the lid. So the chana soaks the gravy and tastes good.
6-Garnish with coriander.Squeez lemon if u r fan of it.

Have this curry with chapathi (or) puri it tastes really good...
