Dosa with Poha


Whole Urad dal-1/2 cup (menapappu)
Rice- 1 cup (biyam)
Poha-1 cup (atukulu)
Cooked rice - 1 cup
Salt to taste


1-Soak the uraddal, poha and rice for whole night or 7-8 hours.
2-Then now blend the soaked ingredients by adding the cooked rice and keep aside.
3-Its better if u leave the batter  for 4 hours.Then it gives a good taste.
4-Take dosa pan take a spoon full of batter and pour it at the  center and   rotate the batter in circular motions thinly. So the dosa comes crispy.
5-Then add oil on it.U can also add the powder on it which we with with idle and rice.It tastes good.

Try this dosa they give u different taste and also tastes crispy.....Serve with chutney made with tomato or coconut.
