Chicken Tandoori


Chicken - 1 lb (legs or thigh)
Onion- 1/2 chopped into slices
Lemon-2 tbsp
Chat masala-1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder- 1 tbsp
Zeera powder- 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tbsp
Chicken Tandoori masala- 1tbsp
Curd - 1 cup
Food colour red- 1/4 tbsp
Kasturi methi- 2 tbsp
oil required


1-Marinate the chicken by adding all the ingredients accept onions and chat masala for 3 -4 hours in refridgerator.
2- Then preheat the oven for 5 min in 350 degrees and then place the chicken in a oven tray and cook for 7 -8 min when the chicken is cooked then remove it from oven.
3-Now take a frying pan and add little oil and fry the chicken until crispy and add onions on chicken and also spread the chat masala and lemon and have it .yummy yummy.
